1Data controller

The data controller is Nome Cognome / Ragione sociale. To exercise your rights or for any request, write to privacy@esempio.it.

2What data we collect

We only collect the data you choose to send via the "Share your story" form:

• name or nickname (optional);
• country, ban date and stated reason (optional);
• the text of your testimonial.

For anti-spam security we temporarily process your IP address in pseudonymised form (truncated hash), without storing its clear value.

3Purposes and legal basis

• Publishing the testimonial: legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the box. You can withdraw it anytime by requesting removal.
• Abuse and spam prevention: legal basis is legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) in keeping the service working and safe.

Do not post sensitive data, ID documents, passwords or third-party data in the form.

4Retention

Published testimonials stay online while the campaign is active, and in any case for up to 2 years, unless earlier deletion is requested. Anti-spam technical data is kept only as long as strictly necessary.

5Sharing and transfers

Data is not sold to third parties nor used for profiling or marketing. The site is hosted on the hosting provider's servers, acting as processor. No non-EU transfers are foreseen; should hosting involve any, they will use adequate safeguards under art. 44 ff. GDPR.

6Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability (art. 15-22 GDPR), and to withdraw consent anytime. To exercise them write to privacy@esempio.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

7Cookies

This site uses only strictly necessary technical cookies:

• Session cookie (PHP): set only in the restricted moderation area, to keep the admin logged in. It is not set during normal browsing.

We also use the browser's local storage (localStorage) only to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice. We use no profiling, third-party analytics or advertising cookies. As there are no non-technical cookies, no prior cookie consent is required.
